1. The service

EagerKiddo provides a worksheet maker, a worksheet library, age-based learning paths, on-screen practice and progress reports for children ages 3 to 7. The service is meant for parents, caregivers and teachers. Children use EagerKiddo with an adult; they do not hold accounts of their own.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity in your account. One account is meant for one family or one teacher.

3. Free plan and pages

• The Free plan includes print pages at sign-up and every day you visit (once per day, not carried over for missed days), a limited number of child profiles and the first sessions of each learning path.
• Pages never expire. Only your child’s worksheet pages count when you print or save a new worksheet; previews, answer keys, guides, covers, star charts and reprints are free. If you don’t have enough pages, nothing is deducted.
• Worksheets printed with free pages carry a light EagerKiddo watermark.

4. Paid plans

Paid plans are not on sale yet. Before they launch we will publish prices, billing, renewal and refund terms here, and they will apply only after you choose to buy.

5. Acceptable use

You may print worksheets for your own children or your own students. You may not resell worksheets, publish them as your own product, scrape the service, or try to break its security.

6. Content

Worksheets, illustrations, texts and software belong to EagerKiddo or its licensors. We check content carefully, but if you find a mistake please use “Report a problem” on the worksheet.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep EagerKiddo available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; we will tell you in advance about important changes to these terms.

8. Liability

EagerKiddo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
