Privacy Policy

EagerKiddo is a learning service for young children that is used by parents and teachers. We collect as little information as possible, and we designed the service with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR in mind.

1. Information we collect

• From parents and teachers: name, email address, optional phone number, password (stored only as a one-way hash), email preferences and any invite or referral code you use.
• About children: only a nickname and birth year (to choose age-appropriate content), an avatar you pick, and learning results (which questions were answered correctly, time spent, stars and badges). We do not collect children’s photos, voices, full names, schools, locations or contact details.
• Teachers’ classes: students’ first names that a teacher types in to print named copies.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and working.

2. Parental consent

Children do not create accounts. A parent or guardian creates the account and gives consent before adding a child profile. Teachers confirm they have the authority to enter students’ first names for classroom use.

3. How we use information

• To create worksheets and learning sessions that fit your child’s age and level.
• To show progress reports and suggest practice.
• To send account emails (verification, password resets) and, only if you choose, session reminders and weekly reports.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

We do not show ads, we do not use children’s data for advertising or profiling, and we never sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run EagerKiddo (hosting, email delivery), under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law. A report is shared with others only when you create a share link, which expires automatically and can be turned off at any time.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can download your data or permanently delete your account and all child profiles in Account settings at any time. Deleted data is removed from our systems, and from backups within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information, withdraw consent and object to processing. Parents can review or delete their child’s information at any time. Contact us at behamhoc.vn@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No service is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember settings such as paper size. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. International users

EagerKiddo may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes

If we make important changes to this policy we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect.
